Meeting October 23rd

Please come to our October 23rd meeting. By request of State Master Rob Horgan, we're going to discuss a resolution for the State Grange to study the feasability of rural health cooperatives. Your input is welcome.

On October 1st, oral arguments were heard in front of the US Supreme Court regarding I-872, the Top Two primary passed by Washington voters in 2004. A new feature of the court is the immediate release of hearing transcripts on-line. It’s a short, easy read and a link is available here. At our next meeting we're also going to discuss some of the perspectives argued from the transcript.

The meeting is in our Grange hall on October 23rd and starts at 7:30, Master Merlin Durrah presiding.
